Primary Photoshoot $200
This is the general photoshoot for potential real estate listings. I pride myself on thoroughly capturing each location I visit, and don’t limit myself to an arbitrary number of photos per session. I will produce the amount I think is right to accurately provide coverage for each unique situation.
Includes:
Multiple photos of each room. Each shown in the best light possible using flash photography and professional post editing techniques
Exterior shots of property, as well as any interesting features on the land (sheds, cellars, creeks, picturesque groupings of trees, etc.)
Window pulls and flambient photography
Detail shots
Prompt turnaround time, usually within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot. If a same-day rush job is needed, let me know and I will see if I can accommodate.
*Price reflects a home of 2000 sq. ft. or less. For homes greater than 2000 sq. ft. additional charges may apply.

Aerial Photography Add-on $50
Adds drone services to the photoshoot. I will provide as many aerial photos as I think is appropriate to get coverage of the property, as well as capture any unique characteristics of the location.
Includes:
5-25 aerial photos
Detail shots
Wide shots of the neighborhood or street, if desired
90-degree, top-down shots of the property, if desired
* If a location is in controlled airspace, additional permissions from the FAA will have to be acquired before the shoot. This may affect scheduling.
Video Tour $150-$400
I produce a cinematic video walkthrough of the property using professional video equipment, not a cell phone. Contemporary editing with purposeful music and snappy transitions.
Includes:
Production of a 1-3 minute promo video, sent for client review
Cinematic color grading
Aerial video
Voice-over recording
Living space illustration (a car pulling into garage, an actor walking into the living room with fresh tea, etc.)
Twilight Photography $300
I bring my equipment out to take beautiful exterior photos of the property contrasted with the setting or rising sun. I will capture multiple angles of the face of the property as well as any other interesting features, until I lose the light for the day.

Editing for sky enhancement and dynamic range
* Twilight shoots are very time sensitive. Please ensure the photographer has free access to the property or that the property is prepared ahead of time (all window curtains open and lights are turned on).
Floor Plan Add-on $30 (+ $10 Per additional floor)

2D floor schematics of each floor of the property ready to download.
